Palm Sunday Mass

Today as we enter Holy Week we begin our service with the distribution and blessing of palm crosses in our church hall beside the church (perhaps outside if the weather is good) followed by a procession into the church, symbolising the entry of Jesus into Jerusalem before his passion. 

During the Mass the Gospel reading takes the form of a solemn narration of the passion from the Gospel of Matthew. 

Coffee or tea and biscuits are available after the service in out church hall, St Patrick's Room.
